MSTAR
When evacuation is delayed and casualties are mounting, the medic is managing multiple patients on a fixed supply load with no resupply certainty. MSTAR gives SOF medics real-time visibility into medical-supply consumption during Prolonged Field Care — tracking what’s used, continuously projecting when every item runs out, and generating a complete resupply request with a single tap.

The Logistics Gap, Closed
Not a patient-documentation tool — MSTAR fills the supply, depletion, and resupply gap.
What MSTAR Does
Continuous Burn-Rate Projection
A burn-rate engine sums the consumption of every active intervention across every patient, adjusts for the operating environment, and continuously projects when each item in the load-out will run out — recalculating instantly as patients and interventions change.
RAG Status & Depletion Alerts
Every item carries a Green / Amber / Red status against the resupply window, with a persistent countdown that turns amber at 24 hours and red at 6. Blood-product expiry is tracked and alerted separately.
One-Tap Resupply Request
Generates a complete, formatted resupply request — DTG, element, location, providers, patients, critical and low items with quantities and depletion times, plus special-handling flags like cold-chain — ready to copy, share, or transmit by radio.
Glove-Survivable, One-Hand UX
Built for the worst moment to use a phone: large tap targets, tap-from-list selection, no typing during operations, and a dark, EMCON-aware display. Everything works one-handed under stress.
Offline-First & Secure
No network required — all tracking and projection runs locally, even with the screen off. PIN-gated with data encrypted at rest and a full audit log, so it holds up to operational and HIPAA scrutiny.
TAK & BATDOK Integration
Pushes site status and critical-depletion alerts to ATAK over Cursor-on-Target, and bridges with BATDOK so patient interventions drive the burn-rate model automatically — no double entry.
In the Medic’s Hand
Tap-based, glove-survivable, offline.

From Medic to Planner
A browser-based command dashboard aggregates every site into one fleet picture — per-site RAG, KPI tiles, and supply-chain rollup for medical planners and team leaders.
