Mike Dowd serves as Chief Executive Officer of URSA Mobile, Inc., an advanced technology company specializing in ultra-secure mobile communications, program services, and the design and operation of Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs). He drives the company's strategic vision, operational direction, and growth — delivering mission-critical security solutions to Government and private sector clients alike.

Mike brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning the private sector, the Intelligence Community, and the Department of Defense, with deep expertise in electronic warfare, communications, and signals intelligence. He is a former member of Special Operations Detachment X (JSOC/J2X) and a trained HUMINT and Technical Operations Officer for the United States Government. He continues to advise senior Government officials on digital security strategy, risk management, and emerging threat landscapes.

David Verhey serves as Chief Operating Officer of URSA Mobile, Inc., where he oversees the company's growth and operations. He is an entrepreneur, technology developer, and attorney with broad experience in national security, cybersecurity, advanced technology, and counterterrorism.

David's career spans nearly twenty-five years across private industry and Government. He formerly served as a Senior Advisor and Counsel in the Department of Defense, supporting Special Operations Forces, technology development, and classified missions under the direction of the U.S. Navy and the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations and Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD SO/LIC). Prior to joining the DoD, David was a partner in a national law firm, a senior executive in the federal government, counsel to the California Governor, and a trial and appellate attorney in the Office of the California Attorney General.

Melissa Waldman serves as Corporate Program Security Officer (CPSO) at URSA Mobile, Inc., where she leads daily security operations and advises Government customers on administrative and physical security. She brings more than thirty years of experience supporting the Department of Defense, both in and out of uniform.

Throughout her career, Melissa has managed Special Access Programs and Sensitive Activities, ensuring regulatory compliance and enabling seamless operational performance. She led the successful development and accreditation of a Sensitive Compartmented Information – Special Access Program Facility (SCIF/SAPF), supported the Navy as a Sensitive Activities and Intelligence Related Contracting (SAIRC) Security Specialist, and served as Security Manager for the Joint Multinational Simulation Center (JMSC) in Grafenwoehr, Germany, leading security requirements for multiple NATO and Partners for Peace training events.

Ramesh Borra serves as Vice President of Product Development and Engineering at URSA Mobile, Inc., where he leads engineering teams and oversees product development, cloud architecture, and enterprise technology platforms. He brings deep expertise in cloud-native integrations across AWS, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure; containerized microservices architecture; and enterprise cybersecurity and compliance including PCI-DSS and GDPR.

Over the course of his career, Ramesh has delivered high-impact technology transformations for organizations including Microsoft, T-Mobile, and Visa. As Senior Manager of Technical Program Management at Visa, Inc., he led enterprise-scale programs through their full lifecycle — on time, within budget, and in compliance with complex regulatory requirements. He brings additional strategic experience in fintech mergers and acquisitions, post-merger integration, and capability acceleration in regulated sectors.
